Requirements:

• Must be over 15 years old.

• Enrollment is done through our website.

• A spot can be reserved by paying 50% of the total course cost.

• Full payment must be completed before the start of the course.

• Proof of the second payment must be sent via email to academia@buenavida.coffee.

• Certification will only be awarded to those who attend the entire course.

• In case of absence due to force majeure, the participant must notify in advance and provide appropriate justification. The administration will evaluate the possibility of rescheduling missed hours, subject to availability and course policies.

Cancellation and Change Policies:

• No refunds are given. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, an administrative fee proportional to the course value will be applied.

• A one-time course rescheduling to a later date is allowed.

• Requests to change the course date must be made at least one week before the course begins; otherwise, the payment will be forfeited.
